About

RFQ 26-0256 is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of one high-pressure mechanical pipe plug designed for installation in a 78-inch nominal diameter concrete pressure pipe. The plug shall be capable of withstanding the specified operating and testing pressures and be suitable for use in water distribution or transmission systems. The plug must be fully retrainable to prevent movement or displacement under pressure, and all components — including restraint mechanisms, seals, gaskets, fasteners, and associated hardware — must be manufactured from materials suitable for potable water applications and be NSF/ANSI 61 certified, with certification documentation provided upon request.
