EPCOR is seeking suppliers to supply and deliver electrical distributor items on a regular or as-requested basis, with deliveries made DDP (Incoterms 2010) to EPCOR’s facilities. Proponents may bid on any or all items listed in Attachment 1 – List of Electrical Items attached to Schedule A. EPCOR plans to enter multiple master service agreements (MSAs) to ensure items are available from successful proponents for each Uclass Category identified in Attachment 1, and where a proponent is successful in one category items and prices proposed for other categories may be included in their resulting agreement.
