The Alberta Utilities Commission is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of Check Point firewall hardware, software subscriptions and manufacturer support to refresh its two Check Point 6200 appliances at the Calgary office. The requirement specifies two (2) Check Point 9100 Plus appliances with Virtual Systems and SandBlast subscription, 190 seats of Check Point Quantum SASE Private Access (Premium), and Check Point Direct Enterprise Support (Standard), with the full bill of materials and quantities set out in the RFQ pricing schedule. The AUC will return its two existing Check Point 6200 appliances (serial numbers 2026BA0001 and 2026BA0002) to Check Point under the manufacturer’s trade-in program and proponents must show the resulting trade-in credit as a separate line item. Quotes must follow the bill of materials exactly; substitutions, alternates and partial quotes will not be accepted. Proponents must be a Check Point Premier level partner, an Authorized Dealer for Check Point, and must supply the goods through a Canadian distributor. Installation, configuration and commissioning are excluded from this procurement and will be provided under the AUC’s existing firewall support contract. Delivery to the AUC Calgary office is required on or before December 11, 2026.
