Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) CORCAN is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of agricultural fertilizer in custom and standard blends for cropping operations at Joyceville and Collins Bay Institutions in Ontario. Contracts under the supply arrangement may be awarded from the date of award through October 12, 2026. Suppliers must submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application and provide documentation demonstrating compliance with all mandatory technical evaluation criteria set out in the Request for Supply Arrangement (Part 4.2); suppliers that fail to meet mandatory criteria will be declared non-responsive. This notice will be posted continuously on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) until March 31, 2026 to allow new suppliers to qualify; existing qualified suppliers with a supply arrangement are not required to submit a new arrangement. The procurement will follow a lowest/lower bid strategy, the Crown reserves the right to negotiate, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
