Government of Alberta is seeking a contractor to supply and install street lighting, a traffic signal system and associated underground electrical works at the Range Road 224 (Opal Road) intersection, 7 km west of Redwater in the North Central Region. The work includes supply and install of approximately 955 m of underground electrical conduit (trench excavation), 175 m of underground pushed conduit, 1,025 m of secondary cable, six pre-cast concrete street light bases, four street light standards and one traffic signal system; the contractor must supply all materials. Tender available date is October 7, 2026 and closes November 10, 2026 with submissions accepted only by email to trans.tender@gov.ab.ca before 2:01:00 P.M.; project inquiries to Hieu Tran, Project Procurement Officer at hieu.tran@gov.ab.ca. Interim completion date is April 30, 2027 and total completion date is June 15, 2027.
