Tender: Stocktaking and Inventory Verification Services for CAF Warehouses Across Canada

The Department of National Defense (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) are seeking a supplier for services to conduct physical stocktaking, data validation and correction, directed independent asset inventory verification and other inventory management processes for CAF warehouses across Canada in over 1,444 warehouses. All services will be provided via Task Authorizations on an as-and-when requested basis to support the SIMP by augmenting bases/wings/stations/depots’ Stocktaking Investigation Groups with Contractor Stocktaking Teams. The resulting contract is from date of award to March 31, 2030, with two irrevocable one-year extension options and a six-month transition period, and includes associated security requirements; the requirement is open to the public, is not subject to the CLCA(s), encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan, is subject to international trade agreements, and the Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity applies.
