Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD) is seeking a supplier to provide snow plowing services at thirty (30) PVSD locations on both a seasonal and as‑needed basis. The initial contract term is three (3) years with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional three (3) year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and PVSD’s operational requirements. PVSD spans approximately 27,000 square kilometres across southeast Saskatchewan and operates 41 facilities, including 39 schools, two bus garages and a central education centre. PVSD will not permit subcontracting; successful proponent(s) must perform all required work using their own employees, equipment and operational resources and must demonstrate sufficient local operational capacity to reliably service all assigned rural locations within required response times. Reliable snow removal is essential.
