Tender: SaskTel Customer Experience Research Competition – Primary Research Supplier(s) (Oct–Nov 2026)

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking one or more experienced, full-service primary research suppliers to deliver a customer experience research program for SaskTel from October to November 2026. Interested firms must demonstrate professional experience in customer experience and product satisfaction research and measurement (including data collection, advanced data analysis, reporting and comprehensive consulting), conducting corporate research for private and public corporations including large corporations and the Crown sector, and the ability to comply with privacy and regulatory requirements and diligently safeguard all SaskTel data and data stored in Canada. It is an asset for firms to demonstrate ownership of or access to a large online panel representative of Saskatchewan residents and/or ownership or access to an in‑house contact centre in Saskatchewan. Companies should submit a brief letter of intent (maximum two pages) explaining how their experience meets the criteria, include two client references, and identify any intended subcontractors with a description of their scope; a shortlist will be developed from responses, shortlisted firms will be invited to prepare a proposal and may be asked to present to a selection panel. Letters of intent must be marked “SaskTel Customer Experience Research Competition” and received by email no later than 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time on November 3, 2026. The account term is one year with the opportunity to renew for up to five additional one-year terms subject to yearly evaluations and mutual agreement; renewals are authorized by Communications Services, Executive Council. Bidding suppliers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and, if not already registered with Communications Services, must begin the registration process prior to submitting a letter of intent; interested firms may email to request the RFP.
