About

Town of Innisfail is seeking a supplier for safety codes expertise in the plumbing, gas, electrical and private sewage disciplines. The selected agency will provide safety code services within the scope of its accreditation under the Safety Codes Act, including receipt of safety code permits, systems review, collection of fees and safety codes council fee remittance, permit issuance, permit inspection, compliance monitoring, and permit administration in accordance with the Safety Codes Act and the Town of Innisfail’s Quality Management System (QMS). The Town’s current Safety Codes Service Agreement was approved in 2022 and is set to expire December 31, 2026.
