About

GEF Seniors Housing, on behalf of the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), is seeking an HVAC contractor to supply and install replacement rooftop exhaust fans, insulated dampers and a commercial kitchen exhaust fan at Beverly Place Lodge, a 73-unit, three-storey facility at 4410-117 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, constructed in 1984. The existing rooftop exhaust fans, commercial kitchen exhaust fan and dampers require replacement due to age and condition; the existing dampers are uninsulated and cause ice build-up in winter, and the commercial kitchen exhaust fan is no longer serviceable due to age and lack of available parts. GEF is soliciting an all-inclusive, turnkey price to complete the installation and any ancillary work required, with all new equipment integrated into the existing ducting, Make Up Air System, electrical systems and commercial kitchen exhaust equipment, and installed without disruption to heat and exhaust for the lodge.
