About

Royal University Hospital is seeking a contractor to remove the existing condenser water lines that serve the York chillers and replace them with new condenser chiller water lines, including associated electrical, controls and structural work, at 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon, SK. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for August 28 at 1:00 p.m.; re-register with Jim Kozowy at jim.kozowy@saskhealthauthority.ca.

Insight

This could be ideal for mechanical/HVAC contractors experienced with chiller piping and hospital infrastructure who can coordinate electrical, controls and structural trades; key considerations include integrating new lines with existing York chiller systems, addressing the current poor condition and undersized piping, and attending the mandatory site meeting.
