The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is seeking a supplier for the turnkey rental, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and removal of five diesel generators to provide primary electrical power for specified Embassy of Canada facilities in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti, including the chancery, the official residence and employee residences. Depending on facility needs the contract may also include fuel supply and the installation, operation and maintenance of fuel storage, transfer and filtration equipment. The contractor must supply all qualified personnel, equipment, materials, tools and replacement parts, provide preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency support available at all times, and promptly replace any equipment that cannot be returned to service within prescribed timeframes. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements and manufacturers’ recommendations.
