About

RRC Polytech is seeking a demolition contractor to remediate identified environmental liabilities and demolish the residence at 340 Elgin Ave in Winnipeg, MB. The scope includes removing the chain-link fence, any trees, shrubs, or other remaining debris from the front and rear yard; any remaining contents inside the residence must be removed by the contractor as part of demolition. RRC Polytech will remove the majority of non-fixed objects from the yards during September and October, and the contractor must also remove the lean-to structure attached to 330 Elgin Ave while ensuring the remainder of 330 Elgin Ave is not affected. Contractors are invited to attend the mandatory site walk-through, submit quotes that include all consulting, labour, equipment and materials required by the RFQS (including Section 1.02), and refer to Appendix A for building location and site plan.
