The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a Registered Psychologist to provide approximately 25 hours per week of services in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The contract is for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and includes a security requirement. Bids must meet all solicitation requirements and mandatory technical criteria; technical evaluation criteria are scored on a 0–30 point scale and the award will be based on a combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%).
