Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is seeking a supplier for one (1) liquid chromatography (LC) system for the Kentville Research and Development Centre. This procurement is reserved for suppliers pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI and will be awarded to the responsive bidder who meets all mandatory technical criteria and offers the lowest aggregate price. Mandatory requirements include a proteomics-capable nano-flow LC suitable for peptide preparation and separation operating from at least 200 nL/min to 100 µL/min without a flow splitter, maximum operating pressure of at least 15,000 psi, pH range 2–10, 2D LC support with auxiliary solvent and trap valve manager, column-trapping pump, nano-Lock spray capability, primary check valves, column compartment and switching valves with primary wetted materials included, unattended operation with full diagnostic display for up to 96 hours, solvent storage tray for up to three eluents, a micro-binary solvent delivery system supporting solvents A1/A2 and B1/B2 with solvent conditioning, gradient formation, compressibility compensation, automatic priming and pump compositional precision < 0.25% RSD, an integrated programmable active wash for high-pressure seals, sample handling with injection range 0.1–100 µL (5 µL standard; options 1, 2, 5, 20, 50, 100 µL and unlimited trapping), full-loop and partial-loop injection modes, an autosampler for 96- or 48-position plates with 2.0 mL vials and temperature control (4.0–40.0 °C), a temperature-controlled column chamber, and compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code and CSA certification upon delivery.
