Library and Archives Canada is seeking a supplier for the purchase and delivery of office seating (rotary chairs and rotary stools) to Gatineau, Québec, with delivery required by 2026-12-31. This Notice of Proposed Procurement is issued under PWGSC Supply Arrangement E60PQ-120001/H and will be solicited among General Stream SA holders; only suppliers pre-qualified under the supply arrangement are eligible to bid, while non-SA holders may submit a bid but must also submit an arrangement to the Supply Arrangement Authority and cannot be awarded a contract until an SA is issued. There is no security requirement associated with this procurement. For information on pre-qualification, contact TPSGC.PARCNAmeublement-APNCRFurniture.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.

This tender is most relevant to suppliers already holding PWGSC Supply Arrangement E60PQ-120001/H in the General Stream who supply rotary chairs and stools and can meet delivery to Gatineau by 2026-12-31; key considerations are the requirement to be a pre-qualified SA holder before contract award and ensuring timely delivery compliance with the stated deadline.
