About

The City of Calgary is seeking a supplier for a suite of psychometric and behavioural assessment tools, feedback mechanisms and related professional services, including supply, implementation and ongoing support. The solution must provide meaningful insight into self-awareness, leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational growth; support employees (non-leaders), leaders, teams and cross-functional development programs; offer leadership-focused assessments and 180/360-degree feedback where available; enable City staff to become certified practitioners to administer, interpret and debrief assessment results; and deliver secure implementation, training, account management, technical support and advisory services. The solution must be technically compatible and secure, meeting accessibility, privacy and integration requirements and align with The City’s technology environment while creating a foundation for future growth and integration with The City’s Adaptive Learning Platform (Cornerstone Galaxy) and other approved systems.

Insight

This could be ideal for providers of psychometric and behavioural assessment solutions that can supply tools, certification and training, account management and technical/system integration experience (including integration with Cornerstone Galaxy). Key considerations are meeting The City’s accessibility, privacy and technical compatibility requirements, providing secure implementation and ongoing support, and the capacity to support multiple user groups (non-leaders, leaders, teams) and 180/360 feedback.
