Correctional Service Canada (Ontario Region) is seeking a licensed psychiatrist to provide and coordinate community mental health services to offenders for the Ottawa Area Parole Office. The contractor must deliver mental health services in accordance with the National Essential Health Services Framework, prepare required documentation for orders for treatment against an offender’s will or orders of custody in an institution in accordance with provincial legislation, and meet specified security requirements. The contract period runs from date of award to three (3) years later; this procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers, is not subject to trade agreements or set-asides, and will be awarded to a compliant bid with the highest technical score.
