About

Contracting authority is seeking a supplier for the redevelopment of the Promenade Gérard-Côté at Place des spectacles as part of Phase 2, classified under building works (C01) and related to waterside recreational facilities (UNSPSC: installations récréatives au bord de l’eau).

Insight

This tender is likely to be most relevant to contractors with experience in building works and waterside recreational facility projects; key considerations include delivering works for a promenade and a public performance plaza in a waterside setting, which may require specialized waterfront construction experience and coordination for public-space installations.
