About

The City of Winnipeg is seeking a consultant to develop an overall Facility Plan for the SEWPCC. The required services include project management (D6), flows and loads assessment (D7), and preparation of a Facilities Plan Report (D8), all to be performed in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual and templates. The consultant must bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator’s attention any aspects of the manual or templates that are not consistent with good industry practice, and if contract administration is included must pay particular attention to the revisions to Sections 9.19 and 9.20.1 in Addendum #8. The funds available for this contract are $600,000, which includes a $50,000 work allowance.
