Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for Trackway Launch and Recovery Systems (TLARS) to provide the Canadian Armed Forces with the capability to transport, deploy and recover DND Class 60 Trackway in support of domestic and expeditionary operations. The requirement includes both the Acquisition contract and four years of In-Service Support (ISS), with six one-year options to extend contract terms; only one successful offeror will be awarded both contracts and offerors must respond to requirements for both contracts in their submission. There are security requirements associated with the procurement, it is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, and offerors are encouraged to include an Indigenous Participation Plan; the Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers.
