About

The Government of Canada, through the Department of National Defence, is seeking offers to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS). This requirement uses a two‑phase competitive procurement: Phase I is a qualification Request for Proposal to create a pre‑qualified bidders list, and Phase II RFPs will be issued only to those pre‑qualified bidders to procure armoured versions of the following vehicles: Armoured Toyota Hilux (8th generation), Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 76 series (LC76), and Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79 series (LC79).
