Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) is seeking a supplier for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution to strengthen security, governance, and monitoring of privileged access across its technology environment. While APS currently uses Microsoft Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for specific use cases, it requires a comprehensive PAM that provides centralized visibility, control, and auditability of privileged accounts across on-premises and cloud systems, service accounts, applications, and third-party access. The proposed solution must address the privileged access governance gaps identified in Section 2.5, reduce security and compliance risks, improve operational efficiency through automation, and integrate with APS’s existing identity, security, and access governance ecosystem to enable secure, auditable, and scalable management of privileged access.
