Deliverables include a complete list and a comprehensive visit report for each device inspected (one report per device) with calibration certificates and repair documentation where required, submitted within 60 days after each service; a list of tools and equipment to be submitted for review before each visit and kept updated; and one invoice per institution after project manager approval of reports. The contract period is April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2029 with two optional one-year renewals, the procurement will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant bid, and the solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners under the listed trade agreements. No security requirements apply.
