About

The Defence Investment Agency (DIA), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is seeking industry feedback for the Operational Training Infrastructure Enterprise Modernization (OTIEM) project to gather input, leverage industry expertise, and assess industry interest, capabilities and capacity to deliver OTIEM solutions. Industry perspectives will help shape the project’s direction.
