The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Highways, is seeking suppliers through a Request for Supplier Qualifications to provide operating leases and the supply and delivery of articulated motor graders across Saskatchewan on an “if and when required” basis. The RFSQ will establish a prequalification list; prequalified suppliers will be invited to a second-stage process where the Ministry expects to enter 60‑month (five year) lease agreements at approximately 300 hours per year, although other leasing terms may be considered depending on additional funding. The Ministry also reserves the right to purchase the articulated motor graders prior to the end of the lease agreements. Only email submissions are acceptable.
