About

Lands Operations Division is seeking qualified professional appraisers or appraisal companies to provide on-call real property valuations to support the sale, exchange and occasional donation of Crown and private lands under the Public Lands Act and the Public Lands Administration Regulation. Appraisals must be completed by accredited appraisers to establish fair value for public land sales and adequate compensation for land exchanges, and services may be required anywhere in the Province. The Division intends to create and update a shortlist of appraisers from submissions, with the first shortlist formed from proposals received by August 11, 2025; refer to the PQR document for the complete scope of work.
