Ontario Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an off-the-shelf learning program, 'Impact and Influence', for approximately 1,000 Band 6 team members to lead results by influencing behaviour change without formal authority. This learning pathway is part of a refreshed level-based Learning Curriculum and must focus on the science of influence with a well‑curated Train‑the‑Trainer model. The selected vendor will certify and train 2–3 internal facilitators to deliver the program both virtually and in person, equipping them to use a multi-source, evidence-based model of influence to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to influence with impact.
