Construction and remediation work needed for properties at 9927 and 9931 101 Ave, Lac La Biche, AB. At 9927-101 Ave the work includes replacing rotten exterior plywood, any rotten studs and bottom plate, insulating and installing a vapor barrier on exposed exterior walls, replacing drywall where needed, mud/tape/patch and painting the main floor and stairwell walls and ceiling (wall paint to include bonding primer and ceiling to include oil-base stain blocker), removing and disposing existing flooring and baseboard (flooring reported to contain asbestos), repairing or replacing subfloor where needed, supplying and installing vinyl plank flooring with rubber baseboard and metal stair nosing (colour TBD), removing and disposing existing electrical lights, switches, plugs and covers, and replacing them with new white Decore style switches and plugs and new LED light fixtures. At 9931-101 Ave the work includes removing and disposing existing flooring and baseboard (may contain asbestos), repairing or replacing subfloor where needed, and supplying and installing vinyl plank flooring with rubber baseboard and metal stair nosing (colour TBD).
