About

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada is seeking a supplier for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform services to continue enhancing the Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS) by developing new functionalities and improving service delivery. The work includes maintaining and optimizing the existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform system, supporting data migration and transformation activities, and enhancing both the external-facing Power Pages portal and the internal Dynamics 365 / Power Platform administration site to provide external applicants and stakeholders with a secure, user-friendly way to access services, submit applications, exchange information, track requests and interact with government programs. Contractor resources must have experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform solutions and associated business processes and will support requirements as identified in the applicable Task Authorization (TA).
