About

The University of Manitoba Purchasing Services is seeking a pre-qualified general contractor to perform mechanical revisions and upgrades at the Stanley Pauley Building. Submissions must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Submission Portal Service (formerly Bonfire) by October 15, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Winnipeg local time; bidders are required to monitor the portal for all addenda and must acknowledge receipt of any addenda on the bid form. This RFT is posted in compliance with the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and/or the Canada–European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
