Tender: Lower Fort Garry Visitor Reception Pathway and Big House Drainage Upgrades – St. Andrews, MB

Parks Canada is seeking a supplier for targeted site improvements at Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site (5925 Highway 9, St. Andrews, MB). Work covers front entrance upgrades to the Visitor Reception Centre including new concrete pathways, hardscape and softscape enhancements, landscape plantings, exterior electrical lighting, water conveyance and a new automatic arm gate to improve drainage, visitor flow, accessibility and site safety, and drainage and water-management work at the historic Big House including installation of eavestroughs, downspouts, a concrete pad with drains and related land drainage infrastructure to mitigate water infiltration and support long-term preservation. This is a two-stage solicitation (Stage One prequalification; Stage Two by invitation will be a two-envelope ITT with an Indigenous Participation Plan and price evaluation).
