About

Loreburn Recreation Board is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing metal roof and exterior wall cladding (re-tinning) of the Loreburn Arena. Originally constructed in the 1960s, the project is intended to renew the building envelope, improve weather resistance and extend the service life of the facility. The RFP seeks anticipated project costs and information to assist the Rec Board with project planning, fundraising, grant applications and establishing an anticipated project budget.
