LOFT is seeking a supplier to provide a replacement accounting and finance platform, either as a dedicated financial management solution or a broader ERP platform that can integrate finance, HR, payroll and rent management capabilities. LOFT has reviewed current finance processes and interfaces across Finance, HR, Payroll, Housing Services and other corporate and operational functions and found extensive spreadsheet use, manual reconciliations, offline approvals, fragmented reporting and multiple system handoffs; proponents should describe how their proposed solution supports these capabilities and provide functional, technical, security, implementation and pricing information to support evaluation, with final scope confirmed through the evaluation. Procurement objectives include identifying qualified, financially viable and supportable platforms; assessing platform capabilities independent of implementation partners; understanding the availability and depth of the Canadian and Ontario implementation ecosystem including nonprofit and healthcare experience; and establishing a transparent, defensible and auditable outcome based on disclosed criteria and total lifecycle value.
