About

The Province is seeking a supplier for onsite renovation and conversion at Leismer Fire Base of two dry sleepers with 12 double occupancy rooms into two wet sleepers with 10 double occupancy rooms, with three bathrooms and one laundry/janitor room in each building. The scope includes removal of old decks, replacement of two rear decks with new 6’ x 6’ landings and two 6’‑wide sets of stairs, and installation of two new 8’ x 30’ front decks including stairs. All renovations, delivery, setup and commissioning must be completed by March 1, 2027. Location: Leismer Fire Base, Legal Land Description 15-23-77-9-W4, GPS 55.690182, -111.284148, approximately 11 km west of the Conklin Corner on Twp Rd 773A.
