Kneehill County is seeking a supplier for janitorial and cleaning services at four County-owned facilities located throughout Kneehill County. The successful contractor will provide routine janitorial services, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned facilities in a safe, clean, and professional condition in accordance with the RFP. Proponents must demonstrate relevant experience in commercial janitorial services and have the personnel, equipment, supplies, and operational capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning across all four locations for the contract term. The initial contract term is three years commencing January 1, 2027, with the County able to extend by mutual agreement for up to two additional one-year terms (maximum five years). Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 a.m. local time on November 27, 2026; late submissions will not be accepted.
