About

Provincial building in Drumheller is seeking a supplier to install a Limited Use/Limited Access (LULA) barrier-free three-stop hydraulic elevator in an existing two-storey office building. Work includes all required interior demolition and related architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work, and removal of hazardous materials specifically identified as asbestos-containing drywall joint compound, vinyl flooring and parging, and lead paint adhered to basement concrete; hazardous-material removal will be administered through a cash allowance as noted in section 01 21 13. The contract commences on the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance and requires attainment of Interim Acceptance by March 31, 2027.
