Tender: Indigenous Engagement Services Input for Firearms Classification Review Statement of Work

Public Safety Canada is seeking information from suppliers to inform the development of a Statement of Work for Indigenous engagement services related to the Firearms Classification Review. The Request for Information will help shape a potential procurement that may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business and could be subject to obligations under one or more Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements or modern treaties, including obligations related to the Nunavut Agreement where work is performed in or into the Nunavut Settlement Area. Respondents are asked to identify relevant Indigenous business eligibility, modern treaty beneficiary status, Inuit Firm Registry status, regional capacity, recommended procurement structure, and approaches to Indigenous data governance, culturally safe engagement and regional delivery.
