Natural Resources Canada (CanmetENERGY) is seeking a supplier for one high-pressure gravimetric adsorption analyzer to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario on or before 31 March 2027. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory evaluation criteria set out in the Annex Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria – Requirement of the Request for Proposal. The contract period runs from the date of contract award to one year after delivery and acceptance of all work inclusive. In accordance with the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, Canadian suppliers and eligible trading partners may submit offers. Bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process, and the debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person; the Crown also retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

This tender could be valuable for manufacturers or distributors of high-pressure gravimetric adsorption analyzers and laboratory equipment suppliers able to meet the Annex mandatory technical criteria and deliver to Ottawa by 31 March 2027. Key considerations include strict compliance with the mandatory evaluation criteria, the fixed delivery deadline, the contract duration (award to one year after delivery and acceptance), eligibility under the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, the 15-working-day debrief request window, and the Crown’s retained right to negotiate.
