The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for HFX-Class spares for ship hull and deck to support Halifax-class systems, with delivery requested to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. The procurement covers deck and hull equipment groups including doors, hatches, manholes and scuttles; hull systems and fittings; rigging and canvas; anchoring, mooring and towing gear; capstan after mooring towing assemblies; capstan windlass assemblies; windlass; non-structural bulkheads and closures; doors and frames; and insulation, paint, deck and hull coverings, as detailed in the Annex Statement of Requirements (SOR). Offerors must comply with the solicitation clauses and conditions and submit Annex Offeror Submission Details (in original Excel format and in PDF), Annex Offeror Submission Form (PDF) and Annex Offeror Declaration Form (PDF). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services, bidders proposing equivalent or substitute products must indicate brand name, model and/or part number and the NCAGE offered, the Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
