About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for ongoing grounds maintenance services at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo in Shilo, Manitoba, including grass cutting, vegetation control, landscaping, tree services, pest control, fencing support and aggregate supply on an "if and when" requested basis to support operational, safety and appearance requirements. Only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible for this solicitation; offers from suppliers of a Non‑Trading Partner will be rejected and late submissions will not be considered. The estimated Standing Offer Agreement period is October 13, 2026 to October 12, 2029, with two 1-year option periods to extend the SOA to October 12, 2031.
