About

InnoTech Alberta is seeking a supplier for four single-channel potentiostats with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) capability for a battery cell assembly and validation laboratory at its Vegreville, Alberta site. The instruments will be used to characterize the electrochemical performance of battery materials, components, and complete cells; each potentiostat must be able to apply controlled voltage and current signals and accurately measure the resulting electrical response, and perform EIS measurements to evaluate parameters such as internal resistance, interfacial behavior, charge-transfer characteristics, and cell ageing mechanisms in support of battery research, development, validation, and performance testing.
