About

This solicitation is seeking a supplier for the complete replacement of the fire alarm system in the Community Correctional Centre building in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The procurement is conducted in two phases: Phase 1 will evaluate the qualifications of interested suppliers and establish a prequalified list, and Phase 2 will invite those qualified suppliers to submit financial bids based on the provided specifications and drawings. The prequalification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase 2, whichever occurs first, and will not be used for other solicitations. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an applicable trading partner; unsuccessful bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days of notification.
