About

ARROW Utilities is seeking a supplier for fire alarm system and fire extinguisher inspection, maintenance, and repair services as described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars. ARROW, a regional wastewater services provider serving 13 member municipalities and over 400,000 Albertans, requires proponents to deliver all labor, materials (unless supplied by ARROW), and equipment necessary to complete the services professionally. Proposals must come from qualified and experienced service providers who can demonstrate relevant experience with organizations of comparable or larger size and complexity and include references confirming satisfactory performance, service quality, and reliability; all proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the RFP criteria.
