About

AAFC is seeking a contractor to carry out exterior envelope upgrades for the Administrative Building at the Beaverlodge Research Farm in Beaverlodge AB. Work includes demolition of the existing stucco cladding assembly to board sheathing, removal and replacement of windows and exterior doors, limited excavation at the building foundation to facilitate waterproofing of foundation walls, replacement of exterior light fixtures, and improvements to exterior wall cladding, windows, doors and washroom exhaust. The scope also includes limited site work to restore existing conditions and limited mechanical and electrical work to facilitate the envelope improvements. Substantial completion of the work is required by November 1, 2026.
