About

His Majesty in right of Alberta, as represented by the President of Executive Council through the Strategic Procurement Office, is seeking suppliers to establish a roster of qualified vendors to provide enterprise-wide Management Consulting Services across five service streams: Strategy and Policy Consulting; Program and Project Management Consulting; Change Management and Organizational Transformation Consulting; Operations and Process Improvement Consulting; and Human Capital and Workforce Consulting. Services include strategic planning, policy research and evaluation, program and project governance and execution, change strategy and organizational design, operational assessments and process redesign, and workforce planning, forecasting and analytics. Successful proponents will enter Master Service Agreements for applicable service streams and may subsequently compete for work through Statement of Work procurement processes.
