About

The City's Solid Waste Management Services Division (SWMS) is seeking professional engineering services for the assessment, design, construction administration and post-construction oversight to replace and extend dust and odour control systems at six transfer stations: Dufferin Transfer Station (35 Vanley Cres., North York), Ingram Transfer Station (50 Ingram Dr., North York), Scarborough Transfer Station (1 Transfer Place, Scarborough), Victoria Park Transfer Station (3350 Victoria Park Ave., North York), Bermondsey Transfer Station (188 Bermondsey Rd., North York), and Disco Transfer Station (120 Disco Rd., Etobicoke). Optional pre-bid information meetings are scheduled at each site on Sep 28–29, 2026 (see RFP for specific times and meeting locations).
