About

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation is seeking qualified contractors to provide modernization, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning of elevator equipment and controls, together with comprehensive preventative maintenance, repair, emergency response, inspection and testing services for elevators, lifts and escalators. Modernization and replacement work will be undertaken at Club Regent Casino, 1425 Regent Avenue West, Winnipeg, MB R2C 3B2, and McPhillips Station Casino, 484 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, MB R2X 2H2. The maintenance services component will cover equipment at Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino and MBLL Central Services & Warehouse, 1390 Pacific Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, and includes a five (5) year maintenance program with one (1) optional year. Submissions are due October 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time; offers must be submitted in English.
