About

Rural Municipality of Eye Hill No. 382 is seeking a contractor for 9.1 kilometres of conventional design roadway with double seal coat surfacing on Grid 676. Work includes approximately 90,000 tonnes of Modified Type 6 subbase (RM aggregate supplied), 75,000 tonnes of Type 33 granular base (RM aggregate supplied), 1,000 m3 of earth excavation and disposal, 120 tonnes of bituminous prime coat, and 180,000 m2 of double seal coat in place (RM aggregate and RM oil supplied). Sealed tenders are due at the RM office by 10:30 A.M. SK time on Monday, October 26, 2026 and will be opened publicly at 11:00 A.M. the same day. Each tender must use the provided forms and be accompanied by a certified cheque or a bid bond of not less than 5% of the tender amount, valid for 60 days.
