About

RRC Polytech is seeking a supplier for the design, supply, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, training and ongoing support of equipment for a behind-the-meter applied microgrid research testbed at its Notre Dame Campus. The procurement includes four coordinated equipment packages: (a) an industrial microgrid controller and operator HMI/SCADA platform with historian, engineering tools, industrial network equipment, time-synchronization equipment, gateways and licenses; (b) an AC distribution panel forming the common research bus with remotely operable protective devices and networked power-quality metering; (c) two programmable electronic load units (load bank) for controlled inverter, PCS and microgrid load testing; and (d) a battery energy storage system (BESS) with power conversion system, battery management system and associated certifications.
